This document constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and pak395. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the pak395 platform. By creating an account you declare that you meet this age requirement. pak395 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
All bonuses offered on pak395 — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and crypto premium credits — are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, a standard 30x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploiting promotional offers will result in account suspension.
USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin deposits are processed on-chain. pak395 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion on public blockchains. The exchange rate applied to crypto deposits is fixed at the moment of on-chain confirmation, not at the moment of initiation. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pak395 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 4 hours for PKR bank transfers and up to 1 hour for crypto. Withdrawal limits and minimum thresholds apply — see Section 7 for full details.
Collusion, chip dumping, use of bots or automated software, matched betting using bonus funds, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on pak395. pak395 employs automated fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned and any winnings voided without notice.
pak395 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Disputed decisions may be submitted to pak395's support team for review.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak395 website located at https://pak395.net, its mobile-optimised interface, all related sub-domains, and any applications or services offered under the pak395 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The entity operating the Platform is referred to throughout this document as "pak395", "we", "us", or "our". Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active pak395 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak395 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any balances or winnings in those accounts will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the point of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. pak395 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pak395 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. pak395 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing pak395 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk. pak395 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak395 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. pak395 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pak395 of any suspected unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your pak395 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify pak395 support immediately via live chat. pak395 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. However, pak395 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to take adequate precautions to protect your credentials.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. pak395 may apply an inactivity fee of up to Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts after the 12-month period has elapsed, deducted directly from the account balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — no additional steps are required.
pak395 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — Rs 100 for mobile wallets, Rs 500 for bank transfers, and the equivalent of Rs 500 for crypto deposits. pak395 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits made to pak395 must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your pak395 account, is strictly prohibited. pak395 may request documentary evidence confirming that a payment method belongs to you at any time.
Cryptocurrency deposits are processed on-chain and are subject to network confirmation requirements. USDT TRC20 deposits typically require a minimum of 20 network confirmations before they are credited to your pak395 balance. Bitcoin deposits require a minimum of 3 network confirmations. pak395 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion, wallet provider issues, or incorrect wallet addresses entered by the player. The PKR-equivalent value of a crypto deposit is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of on-chain confirmation.
pak395 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must represent funds obtained through legitimate means. pak395 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by pak395 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
pak395 offers a 20% bonus premium on deposits made via USDT TRC20 or Bitcoin. This premium is credited in addition to any other active welcome or reload promotion. The crypto premium is subject to the standard 30x wagering requirement and the same 30-day completion window. The crypto premium cannot be combined with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
pak395 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; using bonus funds in games that are excluded from wagering contribution calculations; and colluding with other players to share bonus benefits. pak395 reserves the right to void bonuses, close accounts, and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.
pak395 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working towards meeting wagering requirements, the player will be given a reasonable additional period to complete the requirements at pak395's discretion.
All sports bets placed on pak395 — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, Premier League football, UFC, and ATP tennis markets — are governed by pak395's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of ambiguity, the Sports Betting Rules take precedence over these general Terms for matters specifically relating to bet settlement and market rules.
All casino games available on pak395 — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, baccarat, blackjack, and roulette — use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available for inspection within each game's information panel. pak395 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a bet or game round, pak395 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the player's balance. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all betting and gaming products on pak395. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at pak395's discretion. pak395 reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the details held on your pak395 account. pak395 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before processing your first withdrawal, pak395 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may include submitting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — up to 1 hour; HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank — up to 4 hours; USDT TRC20 — up to 1 hour after on-chain broadcast; Bitcoin — up to 2 hours after on-chain broadcast. These times apply during standard operating hours. Processing times during peak periods or public holidays in Pakistan may be extended. pak395 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or wallet provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet and bank transfer methods. For crypto withdrawals, the minimum is the equivalent of Rs 500 at the prevailing rate. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed and the amount will remain in your account balance.
pak395 reserves the right to delay or temporarily withhold a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or where an investigation is ongoing. In such cases, pak395 will notify the player and provide an estimated timeline for resolution. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the withdrawal will be processed without further delay.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak395 Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pak395 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of pak395. Unauthorised use of pak395's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak395 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if pak395 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pak395's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak395 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events outside pak395's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. pak395 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability during such periods.
pak395 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pak395.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pak395 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak395's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
